Grooming questions
How much does dog grooming cost?
A full groom (bath, dry, haircut and finish) is $65–$90 by size: $65 for small dogs up to 30 lbs, $70 medium, $80 large and $90 for XL dogs over 90 lbs. Poodle and doodle grooms are $75–$120, and the Boujee Bath Package (bath, blow-dry, brush-out and finishing touches) is $40–$55.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Cat grooming at Boujee Barn Pet Resort is gentle and cat-savvy: a Cat Bath & Brush is $80 and a Full Cat Groom (shave and bath) is $100.
Can I book just a nail trim?
Yes. A nail trim is $20, or $25 with a Dremel. Add-ons for any groom or bath include de-shedding ($20), a flea & tick bath ($20), surface tartar removal ($25) and teeth brushing ($5).
My dog is nervous about grooming. Can you help?
Yes. We keep every groom calm and unhurried: nervous pups get extra time, not less patience, and breaks whenever they need them. No rushing and no production line.
What vaccines are required for grooming?
Current vaccinations are required for every grooming guest. For dogs that means Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) and Bordetella; for cats, Rabies, FVRCP and Chlamydia. Send records through MoeGo, email info@boujeebarn.pet, or have your vet send them directly.
Can my dog be groomed during a boarding stay?
Yes. Every boarding guest is scheduled for a going-home bath at a discounted rate, and you can upgrade to a full grooming service so your dog comes home fresh.
