The boujee treatment comes standard
One nightly rate covers the good stuff: a private, insulated suite with its own patio, a real Kuranda bed, a homemade blanket from Trendy Tails By Patsy, yard sessions four times a day in our very large fenced yards — the whole yard to themselves — and owners on-site around the clock. When can I drop off and pick up?
Every day between 8–10 AM and 4:30–6:30 PM — on Sundays, afternoon only. Reception is open every day, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. Full directions and holiday notes are on our contact page.
Is there a late-pickup fee?
We hold a 15-minute grace period after your pickup window; beyond that, a $40 Extended Care Fee applies so our team can keep caring for your pet properly.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Plans change — we get it. We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a reservation; cancellations inside 48 hours carry a $100 fee.
What does my pet need before a stay?
