🐾 We’re Hiring! Pet Care Attendants
Part-Time · Starting at $14.50/hour · Opportunities for Growth · Georgetown, PA
Do you genuinely love animals, take pride in your work, and believe that the little details make a big difference?
Boujee Barn Pet Resort is a boutique, suite-based boarding resort where dogs and cats enjoy personalized care in a calm, comfortable environment. We’re not a high-volume kennel. We believe every guest deserves individual attention, a clean and welcoming space, and people who truly care.
A little boujee. A lot of heart.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Pet Care Attendants to join our team!
🐶 What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on position that combines animal care with maintaining our resort’s high standards of cleanliness. Both are equally important. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising outdoor time and providing enrichment and attention
- Monitoring the health, behavior, and comfort of our canine and feline guests
- Recognizing and promptly reporting anything unusual
- Helping maintain the peaceful, safe, and exceptionally clean environment our guests deserve
Please understand: Cleaning is a significant part of this position. We’re looking for someone who takes just as much pride in a spotless suite as they do in spending time with the animals.
🖤 Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal team member is someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual, and consistently shows up ready to work
- Has a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, as well as cats
- Is physically active and comfortable with the demands of cleaning and animal care
- Can follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Lives within approximately 40 minutes of Georgetown, PA
- Is available to work weekends and some holidays
Previous animal care experience is a plus, but dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
