Reactive dog boarding
Their own suite, their own yard, and never a shared play group — so a dog who doesn’t get along with other dogs never has to.
No play groups. No shared yards. No forced introductions.
At Boujee Barn Pet Resort in Georgetown, PA, every dog sleeps in their own private, insulated suite and gets four yard sessions a day in a very large fenced yard — the whole yard to themselves. Dogs never share a yard with another dog unless they’re from the same family and their owners ask for it. That’s how every guest stays here, so a reactive dog isn’t the exception; they get the same stay as everyone else, with owners on-site around the clock, and at the same $59 a night as every guest, with no extra charge for reactive dogs. We’re minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport and close to Beaver, Aliquippa, Moon Township and the rest of Beaver County.
Space to settle, start to finish
- A room of their own A private, insulated suite with solid walls between neighbors, so nobody is nose to nose at night.
- Four solo yard sessions a day A very large fenced yard all to themselves, four times a day. Dogs from the same family can share if you ask.
- Timed trips outside Our team times every walk out to the yard so your dog doesn’t pass another dog on the way.
- An honest note on fences The yards and patios have see-through fencing, so your dog may see other dogs in a neighboring yard. If that’s a trigger, tell us at the meet-and-greet.
Three steps for a reactive dog
- 1 · Call us (724) 368-5088. Tell us about your dog: what sets them off, what helps, and their history.
- 2 · Free meet-and-greet, then a trial Day Stay Reactive dogs visit before their first stay, so we can meet your dog and plan their routine with you. We recommend a Day Stay as a trial before the first overnight.
- 3 · Send the records & book Ask your vet to email current vaccines, a negative fecal test from the last 30 days and flea prevention to info@boujeebarn.pet, then book online or by phone.
One limit, for everyone’s safety: every guest must be safe for our team to handle. We board dogs who are reactive toward other dogs, but we can’t board a dog who may bite or snap at people. Full stay details are on the dog boarding page, and prices on services & pricing.
